Real estate mogul’s ‘indecent proposal’ to his employee: $3 million to leave her husband for him

Tamir Poleg is being sued after allegedly causing a divorce.

The chief executive of a real estate firm based in Utah has been accused of making an indecent proposal towards a married woman under his employment. The lawsuit, which comes from the woman’s husband, accuses the real estate mogul, Tamir Poleg, of offering Paige Steckling $3 million to leave her husband for him.

Paige divorced her husband, Michael Steckling, around the same time Tamir Poleg, chief executive of Real Brokerage, split from his own wife. A lawsuit obtained by the Daily Mail, (via NYPost) blames Poleg’s interference for the breakdown of Michael and Paige’s marriage. Michael claims that his ex-wife had never even considered a divorce before Poleg began pursuing her and showering her with money.

According to the lawsuit, in January, 2025, Poleg allegedly offered his employee a home in Park City, Utah, worth $1.5 million and he also promised to “take care of her needs” on the condition that she leave her current husband for him. He then allegedly went on to offload $600,000 of Real Brokerage stock to fund his “indecent proposal.”

He also booked a hotel room for himself and Paige in Miami but there is no confirmation as to whether Paige followed through with the rendezvous.

In February, Poleg supposedly sent Paige an email with a set of instructions on how she could access $1.5 million offered to her in two installments.

Is Tamir Poleg responsible for the end of a marriage?

Paige denied the accusations made by her ex-husband in the lawsuit. She released a statement claiming she ended the marriage for personal reasons.

“My marriage ended for personal reasons, and the claims made in this lawsuit do not reflect the reality of those circumstances. I’m confident the legal process will address any inaccuracies.”

Meanwhile, Poleg admitted to sending the email, but maintained that he was only offering financial support which Paige had apparently asked for. He told the Daily Mail that there were, “No offers, no romance, no interference.” But that’s an awful lot of money to part with as a simple, “no strings attached,” favor.

Poleg also criticized Paige and Michael’s marriage, claiming that she had often complained to him about her lackluster marriage and that he was able to figure out that the couple did not share any “genuine love or affection.” This directly contradicts Michael’s claims.

Regardless, Michael is now seeking $5 million in damages from Poleg which in reality probably wouldn’t be that much of a hit to his fortune. His real estate firm is valued at roughly $886 million.
