A Town Called Paradise, the new album from Tiësto, dropped this summer to much acclaim. Boasting several huge hits (Wasted, Red Lights, Written In Reverse), the disc was a massive success for the Dutch DJ and turned out to be extremely popular on the festival circuit with its catchy tunes and easy to sing along with lyrics.

However, as with all studio efforts, there were a few tracks that couldn’t make the final cut of the album. On A Town Called Paradise, one such track was Say Something, where Tijs samples A Great Big World’s hit song of the same name and gives it his own soulful, deep house vibe.

While the DJ has played it several times live, often at Hakkasan Las Vegas where he has residency, most people are probably unfamiliar with the song, which is unfortunate.

It’s easy to see why Say Something didn’t make it onto A Town Called Paradise, as it somewhat harkens back to Tiësto‘s earlier days and isn’t as radio friendly as the rest of the album is, but it’s still a beautiful track and one that should definitely please fans who have been with Tijs since the start.

Check out Say Something below and be sure to pick it up on iTunes if you dig it.
