With David Guetta‘s new album, Listen, only a few weeks away now, the EDM superstar is giving fans a little taste of what’s to come. We’ve already heard “Dangerous” and “Lovers on the Sun,” and now, we have a lengthy preview of the track “Hey Mama,” which features Afrojack and Nicki Minaj.

The banger is a definite departure from what we’re used to hearing from the French DJ. That’s hardly surprising, though, as Guetta has stated many times already that he’s changing up his sound with Listen. From the three tracks we’ve heard so far, he doesn’t seem to be lying.

“Hey Mama” is an edgy hip-hop infused tune that will surely take over dance halls upon its release. Full of Minaj’s island swagger, and Guetta and Afrojack’s impeccable production, the preview is tantalizing tease of what’s to come. I’m not loving it as much as the duo’s last effort, “Turn Me On,” but it sounds promising and I’m looking forward to hearing the full thing.

Check out “Hey Mama” below and leave a comment letting us know what you think of the latest from David Guetta.
