You may remember some talk of an Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff show focusing of Adrianne Palicki’s Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird and her on-again-off again boyfriend Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) last year, but the project was thought to be dead in the water. Well, Variety reports that a pilot order is back on at ABC, and it even has an official title: Marvel’s Most Wanted.

Apparently, insiders are claiming that this won’t be a “spinoff per se,” as it will “be an entirely new project solely focused on the two characters to continue their story.” So, a spinoff then, right?

No plot details are provided, but there’s a chance that at least part of the narrative will feature flashbacks to the couple’s early days leading up to them getting together. Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. producers Jeff Bell and Paul Zbyszewski are co-writing the pilot, and are also on board as showrunners and exec producers along with Marvel’s head of television Jeph Loeb.

There’s no ETA on when we can expect the show to premiere, so this is probably in the very early stages, but what do you guys think? Do these characters deserve their own show? Sound off below.
