CBS has released a new set of photos from the fifteenth episode of Supergirl, and they all focus on the Girl of Steel’s trip to her cousin Superman’s Fortress of Solitude.

For more details on this episode of Supergirl (titled “Solitude”), here’s the newly released description:

Kara travels to Superman’s Fortress of Solitude in hopes of learning how to defeat Indigo (Laura Vandervoort), a dangerous being who can transport via the Internet and who has a connection to Kara’s past. Also, James’s relationship with Lucy reaches a crossroads, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, Feb. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Why Supergirl and James Olsen would need to travel to the Fortress for details on Indigo is hard to say (especially as they’ve managed perfectly well when it comes to taking on other members of her cousin’s rogues gallery), but fans of Superman will no doubt get a kick out of seeing this iconic location on the small screen.

That being said, further tying Kara’s story into Superman’s is an odd decision, because as cool as it will be to pay a visit to the Fortress of Solitude, the fact that Supergirl never shows the Man of Steel is beginning to get a little silly. They’ll have to find a solution to that at some point, but for now, there’s no denying that this episode looks pretty cool.
