Residents of Canada, the US and United Kingdom should see the above appear on shop shelves come October 1, although what exactly the DLC you’ll be unlocking is remains somewhat of a mystery. Images supplied via Xbox Wire seem to suggest that emblems and weapon skins are the order of the day, although there could be more reveals to come at a later date.

Drinks companies are certainly no strangers to such promotions. Last year’s The Taken King expansion for Bungie’s Destiny was outed earlier than expected when promotional material released by Red Bull was adorned with the add-ons logo. It was later revealed that an exclusive mission and vehicle were tied to the partnership.

Gears of War 4 releases for Xbox One and Windows 10 on October 11. Just yesterday, developer The Coalition released gameplay for the shooter’s Horde 3.0 mode.
