If you’ve been tuning out all talk of additional content due to not owning the latter console, know that both Volumes introduce three new scenarios into the mix, each of which focuses on one of Resident Evil 7‘s core gameplay elements. The first Volume includes Bedroom, Nightmare and Ethan Must Die, the latter of which is a standalone “tough-as-nails mode” that’s perfect for those that perhaps found Ethan’s first jaunt around the Baker Mansion to be too easy. Volume Two, which is only a few weeks old, includes the 21 and Daughters scenarios, as well as Jack’s 55th Birthday, an “Extra Mode” offering that tasks players with stuffing the Baker family patriarch’s face with “tons of food.”

Banned Footage Vol.1 and Vol.2 are available to download on both platforms now for $9.99 and $14.99 respectively and are included as part of Resident Evil 7‘s Deluxe Edition or Season Pass, although this isn’t the end of Capcom’s post-launch plans for the title. Spring will see the release of a new scenario – Not A Hero – as a free update on all platforms, a teaser for which can be seen at the conclusion of Resident Evil 7‘s campaign.

In related news, it emerged last week by way of NPD Group that Resident Evil 7 was the best-selling game of January in the US, marking the first time since the release of Resident Evil 5 that a Capcom title has managed to boast such an achievement.
