The latest episode of Star Wars: Forces of Destiny season 2 has arrived online, courtesy of the official Disney YouTube channel. The animated webseries initially launched earlier this year and received a warm reception for its emphasis on the female characters of the Star Wars saga and for its impressive voice cast. That’s continued so far with four entertaining outings that have hopped around the franchise’s history. In the latest instalment, we go back to the events of The Clone Wars.

Titled “The Starfighter Stunt,” episode 4 features Ahsoka Tano (Ashley Eckstein) giving Padme Amidala (Catherine Taber) some flying lessons. When a droid starfighter jumps on their tail, though, the novice pilot must use her newfound skills to get herself out of the deadly situation.

The firm friendship between Ahsoka and Padme was always a welcome aspect of The Clone Wars and it’s something that lends itself perfectly to Forces of Destiny. As such, it’s no wonder this is the second episode to feature the pair, after season 1’s “The Imposter Inside.”

Previous outings this season included an adventure for Star Wars Rebels‘ Sabine Wren and some fun with the Millennium Falcon set within The Force Awakens (featuring the voices of Daisy Ridley and John Boyega). Episode 3 also starred Ahsoka, jumping back slightly earlier in the timeline to her beginnings as the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker. It saw her spar with Yoda and learn some important lessons about herself.

Of course, future episodes of Star Wars: Forces of Destiny season 2 will boast even more leading ladies from that galaxy far, far away, such as Princess Leia and Jyn Erso, as well as further appearances from the likes of Rey, Ahsoka and Padme. Expect those to arrive online after a second 30-minute compilation airs on the Disney Channel on October 29th.
