Thanks to the film’s recent Blu-ray release, a new detail has been noticed in the background during a scene in Justice League. In a shot featuring Ben Affleck’s Batman striding through the Batcave, one viewer spotted the disassembled Mech Batsuit previously seen in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, when the Dark Knight wore it to battle the Man of Steel.

Of course, this is far from the only callback to past DC movies hidden within Justice League. Sticking with BvS, a portrait of Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Thomas Wayne has been spotted in a scene set in the dilapidated Wayne Manor late in the film, while Ezra Miller’s Flash was also seen wearing Watchmen T-Shirt.

As for this most recent easter egg, though, you can check it out down in the gallery below along with some recently released BTS shots.

While most of Justice League‘s easter eggs call back to existing films, others foreshadow future entries in the DC Extended Universe instead. For instance, a reference to Janus Cosmetics could be setting up Black Mask’s appearance in Gotham City Sirens, while those Green Lanterns who turned up in the flashback sequence hopefully pave the way for Green Lantern Corps, if that ever materializes.

If you fancy giving the film another watch to see if you can spot any of these easter eggs, or any others that you may’ve overlooked, Justice League is now available on DVD and Blu-Ray, and can be ordered here.
