Things Might Get Dangerous In New Avengers: Infinity War TV Spot

We can finally say that Avengers: Infinity War is arriving this month. Doesn't that feel good? Now that the long-awaited team-up movie is only 3 and a half weeks away, a new international TV spot has landed and while it doesn't feature any fresh footage we haven't seen before, it does ramp up the hype for the film even more. Now that the long-awaited team-up movie is only 3 and a half weeks away, a new international TV spot has landed and while it doesn’t feature any fresh footage we haven’t seen before, it does ramp up the hype for the film even more. If that’s even possible at this stage.

The promo kicks off with a voiceover from Bruce Banner warning that “Thanos is coming.” Mark Ruffalo has already revealed that the Green Goliath will return to Earth with tales of terror about what the Mad Titan can do and will have to convince the rest of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes just how significant the incoming threat is. Hulk will face Thanos early on in the movie, too, when the villain attacks the Asgardian refugee ship in order to get his hands on the Space Stone.

Another interesting clip sees Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord warning his team of misfit heroes to get ready for trouble. “Things might get dangerous,” Peter Quill says, before adding a very Guardians‘-y line: ” so let’s put on our mean faces.” We’ve previously seen this footage as part of a sneak peak at the movie that was released the other day, which shows the moment when the Guardians of the Galaxy first encounter Thor.

Finally, the TV spot ends on a fun scene we’ve witnessed in a previous promo. It sees the big moment when Tom Holland’s Spider-Man finally becomes an Avenger, with Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) jokingly knighting him in the midst of battle. The promotion comes with a major upgrade to his super-suit, too. As seen in multiple bits of merchandise by now, Peter Parker will wear the Iron Spider armor, granting him awesome new high tech accessories.

The culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe up to this point begins when Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on April 27th.
