Despite the fact that we have to wait three more months until Arrow‘s seventh season officially commences, it’s quite comforting knowing that cameras have begun rolling on the next leg in Oliver Queen’s journey. That’s right, now that production is well underway, maybe it’ll create the illusion of premiere night being just around the corner.
In fact, this is the usual time frame in which Arrowverse shows get back to business because, don’t forget, each have their own big presentations to make at San Diego Comic-Con in a few weeks. As such, we can likely expect for the editing department to work crazy hours in order for a new trailer to be shown in front of a multitude of screaming fans – and make its way online soon afterward.
Now, here to whet our appetites is that of Juliana Harkavy, the latest actress to take up the Black Canary mantle. Having shared a candid photo over on Twitter recently, she’s showing us all that it’s time for Dinah Drake to once again hit the streets of Star City.
Captioned with “Season 7. Let’s do this,” we can see Juliana isn’t entirely suited up – either that, or she’s ready to kick some butt without the boots or usual top we’ve grown used to. But in all seriousness, we’re guessing she’s just trying to keep cool in between takes. Being someone who owns the costume worn by the Green Arrow during seasons 5 and 6, I can confirm it gets hot inside those things.
