Former Hellboy actress Selma Blair has already publicly vouched for James Gunn after Disney’s shocking decision to remove the writer/director from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – and the entire cosmic branch of the MCU, it seems.

Per Twitter, she urged the studio to reconsider last week, stating that Gunn is “one of the good ones.” The actress has long been a supporter of his, of course, after detailing to Vanity Fair the sexual harassment she faced when auditioning for filmmaker James Toback years prior.

Selma Blair was among the 200 or so women who came forward with accusations against Toback last October, at which point she singled out Gunn and Doctor Strange writer-director Scott Derrickson as two men who “reached out and said how important it was to be on this side of history.”

Now, she’s taking things a step further, following Michael Rooker‘s lead and quitting Twitter to show her support. Though her account’s still active as of the time of writing, the actress shared the following message with her followers earlier today: So long. You can find me on Instagram . #Istandwithjamesgunn

Of course, Blair is far from the first celebrity to show support for the Guardians of the Galaxy filmmaker, though not many have outright quit the social media platform – aside from the aforementioned Rooker. Dave Bautista could be next, though, as the actor leapt to Gunn’s defense almost immediately and put Disney on blast for caving into a campaign by far-right media personality Mike Cernovich via a series of passionate (and very angry) tweets.

Chris Pratt, meanwhile, has been a little more circumspect, posting Bible verses that you don’t have to analyze too hard to work out what his opinions on the matter are. Elsewhere, Karen Gillan sent her love to “every single member of my GOTG family,” and Pom Klementieff said “We are Groot. We are family. We stand together.”

And that’s just scratching the surface. All around the world people are standing up for James Gunn and as the support continues to pour in, it’ll be fascinating to see what Disney does next.
