Following the first two episodes, dubbed “Nora” and “Blocked,” these are the next lot of titles:

Episode 3: The Death of Vibe
Episode 4: News Flash
Episode 5: All Doll’d Up
Episode 6: The Icicle Cometh

Let’s first unpack that ominous-sounding third episode. Vibe is, of course, the superhero name of Cisco, based on his frequency-vibing powers. Does this title mean the show’s resident engineering genius, comic relief and all-round beloved fan favorite is about to meet his end?

Well, no, for all those reasons and more. However, Cisco’s died before and been brought back thanks to the flexible mortality of the DC universe. So maybe there’ll be a death and a resurrection in episode 3? Or maybe he’ll actually bite the bullet for good. Only time will tell.

Moving on, there’s not much we can gather from episode 4, except that we’re surprised they haven’t used that obvious pun before. “All Doll’d Up,” meanwhile, must be the episode in which comic book supervillain Rag Doll makes his first appearance, as it was recently revealed that the role’s currently being cast. The character’s able to contort themselves in superhuman ways and is expected to play the part of the meta-of-the-week.

Finally, episode 6, “The Icicle Cometh,” is naturally a reference to classic play The Iceman Cometh and has to be one that focuses on Caitlin’s icy alter ego Killer Frost, suggesting that she’ll rediscover her other half after they were separated last season. It’s also worth noting that there’s another freeze-themed villain from the comics known as Icicle, so this episode could see his debut as well.

We’ll keep you updated with more Flash news as we head ever closer to the season 5 premiere on Tuesday, October 5th, so be sure to stay tuned.
