Now, some new photos highlight the role of several of the series’ major players and what we know about them so far. The pics, which you can see below, show off Pedro Pascal as the titular hero, one of a race of people typically associated with bounty hunting.

Pascal’s character’s armor is strongly reminiscent of fellow Mandalorian Boba Fett, too, and from descriptions of The Mandalorian, we know he’ll be a lone gunfighter operating outside of the scope of the New Republic. We also get a look at Werner Herzog’s villain, who’s backed by a stormtrooper.

Herzog’s previously talked about his enthusiasm for the role, though we still don’t know much about his character other than his line in the trailer that “bounty hunting is a complicated profession.” We also get to see a bit more of Breaking Bad‘s Giancarlo Esposito as a yet-to-be-named individual and even some glimpses of IG-11, the droid voiced by Taika Waititi. Other shots, meanwhile, include a good look at Carl Weathers’ excellently named Greef Carga, who leads a bounty hunter guild in the series.

We’re sure there’ll be more details coming out soon about The Mandalorian, which premieres on Disney Plus on November 12th, but for the moment, you can consider us very excited for this new look at the Star Wars universe and all the promising things it’s going to bring us.
