Star Wars: Episode IX Was Supposed To Feature Leia Quite Prominently
We've heard a lot of different stories about how Star Wars: Episode IX, the final part of the revived trilogy, will handle the death of Carrie Fisher. After her tragic passing last December, it was rumoured that CGI would be used to recreate her likeness for the movie - in the mold of Peter Cushing in Rogue One - but this was ruled out by Lucasfilm a while ago. It was also said that Episode 9 was to have had a major role for Leia and that the film's storyline had to be completely rewritten after Fisher died.

Lucasfilm Debuts Gorgeous New Star Wars: The Last Jedi Poster
As the internet braces for the next Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer, which, depending on when you read this, is either almost here or has already sent shockwaves through our galaxy, Lucasfilm has gone ahead and debuted a new poster for the blockbuster. Taking on that crimson red tone we've seen in much of the marketing thus far, it's a gorgeous piece of work, arriving just in time to get people even more excited as they prepare to open their wallets to snatch up those tickets as soon as they go on sale tonight.

Avengers: Infinity War Promo Art Shows Off Captain America, Doctor Strange And More
Though we were supposed to see the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War with the premiere of Inhumans, or at least, there were rumors pointing to that happening, September 29th has now come and gone and we still don't have anything. It's likely to remain that way for a little while longer, too, after Marvel's Louis D'Esposito took to Twitter earlier today to update fans on the status of the preview, saying that it's not even done yet.

Avengers 4 Set Photos Reveal Hawkeye’s New Look
Production on the untitled Avengers 4 is now well underway. Since Joe and Anthony Russo first yelled "action!" on the Atlanta set a few months ago, we've gained new insight into Black Widow's involvement, as Scarlett Johansson's super-agent is poised to have a run-in with the Yakuza. Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye is also along for the ride, and may well assume a new alias by the time Avengers 4 rolls around in 2019.
