Soak Up The Intensity With Five New Prisoners Clips
Prisoners is set to touch down in theatres on September 20th and after an excellent showing last week at the Toronto International Film Festival (you can check out our review here), the buzz and hype surrounding it is considerable. Rupert Wyatt Will Remake The Gambler, Gets Endorsed For Star Trek 3
Ever since delivering Rise of the Planet of the Apes, a film that I feel was vastly overrated, director Rupert Wyatt has been seeing a substantial rise in fame. We've heard that he's wanted for Star Trek 3, a choice that J.J. Abrams actually endorsed at the Blu-Ray release party for Star Trek Into Darkness the other night, and now Paramount Pictures has another film lined up for the director, a remake of The Gambler.

Dallas Buyers Club Review [TIFF 2013]
In Dallas Buyers Club, Matthew McConaughey continues on his trajectory of wise career choices by playing a man diagnosed with HIV and given 30 days to live. It's loosely based on the true story of Mr. Ron Woodruff, whose plight does make for a powerful and inspirational tale. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the film as though it does feature an absolutely terrific turn from its leading man (and Jared Leto in a supporting role), the rest of it kind of falters under the weighty performances from its two stars.

The Green Inferno Review [TIFF 2013]
With his newest film, The Green Inferno, horror's current "IT" boy Eli Roth tackles the cannibal sub-genre and delivers what is quite possibly, his bloodiest film yet. Premiering during the Midnight Madness portion of the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival, this dark, disturbing and at times shocking tale pays homage to genre classics like Cannibal Holocaust while still crafting its own identity, one that firmly places it amongst the horror greats of 2013.

Only Lovers Left Alive Review [TIFF 2013]
Director Jim Jarmusch returns with Only Lovers Left Alive, a surreal, humorous and often beautiful look at the vampire subgenre. In a bit of inspired casting, Tilda Swinton and Tom Hiddleston star as Adam and Eve, the sexiest vampire couple this side of Edward and Bella. Adam is a cynical, reclusive, hate the world kind of musician, who's been living in Detroit for quite some time. His lover Eve, who's currently living across the world in Tangier with her friend Christopher Marlowe (John Hurt), notices Adam's ever-growing depression and immediately hops on a flight to Detroit so she can be with him again.

First Look At Tom Hardy In Mad Max: Fury Road
Today we finally have our first look at Tom Hardy as our titular hero in the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road. Ya, that film still exists. In fact, we just heard that it had some reshoots to complete this November. Unfortunately, there's still no release date yet but we're expecting it to drop sometime in 2014.
