Joaquin Phoenix To Re-Team With Paul Thomas Anderson For Inherent Vice
So, it looks like Paul Thomas Anderson and Joaquin Phoenix had such a good time making The Master that they want to team up again and this time, the two will make Inherent Vice. Though it was set to star Robert Downey Jr. as a P.I. pothead named Doc Sportello, it seems that the mega movie star has dropped out, presumably to do more work for Marvel, and Phoenix has replaced him.

Adam Sandler And Jim Carrey May Join Guardians Of The Galaxy
Though Marvel is focusing on hot, young actors for the lead role in their upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy film, they are looking elsewhere for talent to round out the supporting cast. Latino Review is reporting that Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey may be in the mix for a supporting role in the film. The studio is apparently looking to infuse some comedy into the upcoming James Gunn film.

As one half of the Farrelly brothers, Peter Farrelly is responsible for some pretty awesome comedies. There's Something About Mary, Dumb and Dumber, Kingpin and more all came to light under the direction of Peter and his brother. Now, Peter is back with Movie 43, a wildly ambitious comedy film that contains 12 storylines, each one directed by a different director, and an absolutely enormous ensemble cast. Though he's flying solo on this one, Farrelly has taken it upon himself to craft 2 of the 12 segments in Movie 43.

Batman Will Get Another Solo Film In 2017
According to Batman On Film, who can usually be trusted, the "new" Batman will appear in 2015's Justice League before he gets his own solo film in, wait for it, 2017. Yes, that's right, we will be graced with another solo outing for the caped crusader in about four years. Of course, no details on anything at all have been revealed, but the website's source says 2017 is the earliest that the studio will put out another solo Bat film.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Confirms His Involvement In Terminator 5
With the return of the Governator in The Last Stand, which opened to pretty positive reviews, people are starting to talk about Arnold Schwarzenegger again and more specifically, his involvement in the upcoming Terminator 5. Recently, we found out that scripting duties had been assigned to Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier. And while most assumed that Arnie would be back reprising his role, Bleeding Cool has now received confirmation from the actor himself that he will appear in the film.
