Jersey Shore Season 3-11 ‘GTF – Gym, Tan, Find Out Who Sammi Is Texting’ Recap
As we begin, Vin and Pauly head out and take off for Staten Island to visit Vin’s family. Pauly sings his Staten Island song which is quite amusing and he also learns that it’s an actual island. Back at the house, Ron and the girls head out and Sitch awakes to an empty house. No worries though, he goes to play with the dogs and finds himself quite content. When the dogs start using the house as their washroom Sitch seems to think is hilarious. He heads back upstairs and lets the dogs run wild.

Foo Fighters Release Music Video For Rope
The Foo Fighters have released the music video for their newest single, Rope. The song is off their upcoming seventh studio album called 'Wasting Light', which is set to drop April 12th. I love the song and I love the Foo Fighters but I'm not a fan of the video. It's pretty boring as it simply just shows the band rocking out in a white cube like structure. A couple interesting lighting effects are thrown in but it's nothing special.

Diddy Dirty Money And Skylar Grey Perform I’m Coming Home On American Idol
Diddy Dirty Money and Skylar Grey performed their ridiculously popular song I'm Coming Home on American Idol tonight. I do really like the song but I thought it sounded awful here. Skylar Grey was great, like usual but the song just didn't sound right. Obviously a song will sound different live but this track just sounded bad, straight up. Watch The Opening Scene Of The Divide
Looking forward to The Divide? Well you can now watch the opening scene. Opening this week at SXSW, Xavier Gens' The Divide is an apocalyptic psychological thriller that seriously looks good. Gens made Hitman, which wasn't so great. But he also made Frontier(s), which was an awesome horror flick. So I'm definitely optimistic about The Divide. We'll be covering the film at SXSW so expect a review and interview but for now, the opening scene will have to do. Check out the plot summary and opening scene below.

New Trailer For The Smurfs
The first full length trailer for The Smurfs was released today. Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Hank Azaria. Jonathan Winters, George Lopez, Katy Perry and Alan Cumming star in the live action/animated film. We get a pretty solid look at the film as the trailer shows off a ton of footage. Check out the plot summary and trailer below. The film opens August 3rd.

Johnny Knoxville Joins The Three Stooges
A while back it was rumored that Johnny Knoxville was on the shortlist for the upcoming Three Stooges film that the Farrelly brothers will be directing. Now it looks as if it's confirmed. Knoxville will indeed be joining the cast of The Three Stooges. According to Variety, he will play Moe. It makes me wonder if Andy Samberg will also be joining since he was also on the shortlist. I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

Wagner Moura Joins Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium
Brazilian actor Wagner Moura has joined Neill Blomkamp's District 9 follow up, Elysium. Best known for his role as Lt. Colonel Nascimento in the Elite Squad films, Moura will join a cast that includes Sharlto Copley, Jodie Foster, and Matt Damon. Quite a nice cast wouldn't you say? Details on the plot are thin and aside from knowing that it takes place in the future and on another planet, we really don't know much. Production is set to start in July with a late 2012 release date.

BP Oil Rig Disaster Film Coming From Ninja Assassin Scribe
Well that didn't take long. Variety is reporting that a film dealing with the BP oil rig disaster is currently being written by Ninja Assassin scribe Matthew Sand. For those who have been living under a rock for the past year, the BP oil rig disaster was the second largest environmental disaster in U.S. history. Sand will be adapting the New York Times piece “Deepwater Horizon’s Final Hour”, which was written by David Barstow, David Rohde, and Stephanie Saul. You can read the article here. The film will focus on the workers who worked on the rig and it will depict the events leading up to the disaster. Lorenzo di Bonaventura will produce.
