Our Idiot Brother is simply another showcase of how talented Rudd is as an actor and a comedian. In the most subtle way he is given a real opportunity to headline a film for once and in doing so, he holds its flaws together like glue.
Comic book film adaptations dominate the theaters in all types now. From the grittiness found in graphic novels (300, Sin City) or the pulpy adventures based on the golden age strips from the 40’s and 50’s (Captain America, Superman), the two art forms are colliding into one for maximum profit. So it’s not odd to hear that last May’s early summer release, Priest, was different when it came to the original source material it was loosely based on.
It’s hard to stress how short and uninspired Kill Team is as a downloadable title and as an arcade two stick shooter. Simple additions like online co-op or extra modes, instead of the tacked on survival one, would have made a drastic difference. Those who love Warhammer look elsewhere; this game is so shallow it lowers the interest aspect of anything that has to do with the series. If this game is going to appeal to anyone it’s the ADD group of gamers, the ones who are okay with mindless gameplay and grinding to unlock all the game’s trophies or achievements. Paying ten bucks for an hour of fun is just not worth it in this day and age.

Even with it's October release date soon approaching, Arkham City has kept it's story and full cast of characters secretive, with only a handful of trailers popping up every so often showcasing a new foe (or ally). Here is a breakdown of the characters that have been revealed so far for Batman: Arkham Asylum, detailing who is returning from the first game and who is new to the action.
As summer slowly begins to fizzle out so do the blockbusters that predictably come with it. Movies of every caliber were released in the last couple months, either in the form of a popular comic superhero series or a mindless CGI assault to the brain. But this summer was rare when it came to the field of comedy; for the most part it was very successful.
Despite DC's stumble in the superhero arena this summer, Warner Bros. is reluctant to let the Green Lantern play second fiddle to his Marvel counterparts. A script for a sequel was written by Greg Berlanti, Michael Green and Marc Guggenheim. Aapparently, it has been "handed in" to the studio and features a much darker tale this time around. The three writers also worked on the first film, so they are in tune (or out of tune depending on how you feel about it) with the origins and the universe of the Green Lantern.
If there's one superhero who has a flair for the theatrics, it's Batman. With the upcoming release of Batman: Arkham City, along with its overflow of pre-order goodies, new costume skins have popped up online showcasing the Dark Knight in his various crime fighting outfits that he's donned over the years.
