Something X-Men Related Is Coming Soon To Disney Plus
It's going to be a long time before we see a proper MCU X-Men movie. While the full stable of mutants will eventually be part of the franchise, Marvel Studios have correctly decided that the property could use a rest. This will make The New Mutants the final entry in Fox's X-Universe, so while we'll see minor X-Men elements popping up here and there in the MCU, don't expect an announcement anytime soon. But just because the MCU won't be using the mutants, that doesn't mean the IP is entirely dormant.

Star Trek: Picard EP Reveals What Happened To Narek
Harry Treadaway's Romulan spy Narek was one of the more interesting characters in Star Trek: Picard. The Romulan Zhat Vash agent showed his duplicitous, manipulative nature by tricking Isa Briones' Soji into revealing the location of the synthetic homeworld. But he found himself torn between his genuine feelings for her and his Romulan extremist philosophy. By the end of the series, he'd teamed up with the heroes in an attempt to stop Soji summoning the apocalypse and, while he's absolutely not a good guy, he's still got some interesting complexities.

Leaked Mandalorian Season 2 Art Teases Connection To Darth Vader Helmet
One clue early on that The Mandalorian was going to be something special was its casting. Season one boasted Nick Nolte, Carl Weathers, Taika Waititi, Gina Carano, Clancy Brown, Bill Burr, Giancarlo Esposito and, the cherry on top, Werner Herzog. Some of these actors will be returning for the second season, though many of them didn't make it through the show's occasionally brutal first season. But now it's looking like the show is set to keep up its note-perfect casting, as last week they announced that Aliens and The Terminator star Michael Biehn would be stepping into a galaxy far, far away.

Steppenwolf Reportedly Returning In The New Gods With A New Design
Justice League had a lot of problems, though one of the most obvious was its dull villain Steppenwolf. Ciarán Hinds did his best, but the character was unthreatening, his CGI was extremely wobbly and he just didn't have any qualities that made him stand out. His flaws became especially apparent when Avengers: Infinity War hit cinemas, with Josh Brolin's Thanos doing the whole CGI alien space conqueror thing right.

Bermuda Triangle Ghost Ship Discovered 95 Years After It Vanished
The Bermuda Triangle has long been considered a classic supernatural mystery. Across the decades many horror films have seized upon it as a setting, like Satan's Triangle, Beyond the Bermuda Triangle, The Fantastic Journey, The Triangle and uh, Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!. The loosely defined Triangle is, as its name suggests, in the vicinity of Bermuda, though has a total area of somewhere between 1.3 - 3.9 million kilometers square and is famed for the mysterious disappearances that take place within it.

Viewers Are Furious After Netflix Cancels Two Of Its Best New Shows
Netflix is usually the good guy when it comes to saving shows. For example, they picked up Lucifer after it was cancelled by Fox and even if their original content has a rough first season, they'll often give it a second to see if it picks up a fanbase or improves. That said, they're not always a soft touch: the critically acclaimed yet little-watched Marianne didn't get a second season, so they do have limits. Now it seems they're bringing down the hammer once again, as vampire sci-fi V-Wars and supernatural drama October Faction just got cancelled.

Netflix Crowned Most Popular Streaming Service During Coronavirus
The last few years have seen many pretenders to Netflix's position at the top of the streaming pile. Hulu, Amazon Prime, CBS All Access, HBO Now and YouTube TV have all taken a shot, but so far none have managed to take down the king. Last year it seemed like Disney+ would take a big bite of Netflix's pie. Disney's service came out of the gate strong with The Mandalorian and an impressive selection from the Disney back catalogue. But, in a bit of a scheduling goof, they have failed to capitalize on The Mandalorian's forward momentum with any new content to the same standard.
