Marvel’s Daredevil Movie Will Reportedly See Kingpin Out For Revenge
The cancellation of Daredevil hit fans particularly hard. Anyone with half a brain could see Iron Fist wasn't going anywhere, and while Luke Cage and Jessica Jones were painful they were also somewhat variable in quality. But Daredevil? It was a critical darling, had just released a red-hot third season and the cast and crew appeared positive about their future plans. But, inevitably, the axe fell and it seemed that Charlie Cox's time in the role was over.

Marvel Will Introduce First Fox Property Since Merger In WandaVision
Disney's merger with Fox and their acquisition of their IPs mean that, sooner or later, we're going to get the X-Men and Fantastic Four in the MCU. But Marvel Studios aren't going to rush things. With Dark Phoenix and Fantastic Four both flops, it's presumed that they're going to wait until audiences miss the characters to reintroduce them in a new form. But just because the marquee heroes like the Thing and Wolverine aren't scheduled to appear, that doesn't mean that other X-Universe elements can't.

We are now just three days out from the long-awaited release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. With the film locked down, the world premiere in all the papers and private embargoed screenings no doubt happening around the world, we are deep in potential spoiler country. If you want to stay completely pure about the movie then now's the time to log off, but then again I doubt anyone wanting to avoid spoilers would have clicked on a headline like this.

American Gods’ Ricky Whittle Comments On Orlando Jones’ Firing
Though critically acclaimed, American Gods has had a rough time behind-the-scenes throughout its run. The first season was helmed by Hannibal's Bryan Fuller and Michael Green, only for them to simultaneously leave the show after that old classic 'creative differences.' Jesse Alexander then took the reins for season 2, only to also quickly depart and was replaced by The Walking Dead's Chic Eglee for the upcoming third season.

Aquaman Star Playing Young Morpheus In The Matrix 4
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II has had a great 2019. He began the year turning heads as Black Manta in Aquaman, giving the previously somewhat two-dimensional character some real danger and gravitas, continued with a great performance in Us and was recently the centerpiece of an amazing episode of HBO's Watchmen. But it seems he's not going to slow down anytime soon, as he's set to appear in Jordan Peele's remake of Candyman, has put his name forth for the new Superman and is also firmly on board for The Matrix 4.

Avengers: Endgame Script Reveals Beta Ray Bill Easter Egg We All Missed
Sooner or later, Beta Ray Bill is going to appear on screen in the MCU. The perennial fan-favourite has long been rumored to show up, though the closest we've gotten to date is him appearing as a statue on the Grandmaster's tower in Thor: Ragnarok. But now we have confirmation that Avengers: Endgame also featured a subtle reference to the character - albeit only in the recently released script.

Hasbro’s The Mandalorian Baby Yoda Merch To Go On Sale This Spring
Everyone loves Baby Yoda, as the tiny green star of The Mandalorian has become a bona fide phenomenon. Despite my suspicions when we were introduced to The Child at the conclusion of the first episode, he's waddled his way into all our hearts. Given that he's the character of the moment, you’d expect Disney of all companies to be on point when it comes to Baby Yoda merchandising. After all, the little guy is literally toy-sized and cute as a button. But it seems his popularity came as a huge surprise to them, too.
