Avengers: Infinity War Was So Exciting It Might Have Killed Someone
I was pretty hyped about Avengers: Infinity War, but many years of being let down by much-anticipated blockbusters have made me try and keep my expectations low before I see them. Infinity War was a rare beast though in that it was actually better than I was hoping. The Russo brothers not only managed to balance a huge cast of MCU characters, but they also fleshed out Thanos' character and motivations, and had some seriously heart-pumping action sequences. So heart-pumping in fact, that it's possible the film may have actually killed someone.

Joe Russo Confirms That Adam Warlock Won’t Appear In Avengers 4
Longtime fans of Marvel Comics would have found the climax of Avengers: Infinity War very familiar. In Jim Starlin's 1991 Infinity Gauntlet storyline, we see Thanos in full command of the Infinity Stones and eager to impress the personification of Death. He does so by snapping his fingers and... well, if you've seen the film you know where this one is going. But despite the Russo brothers heavily cribbing from Starlin, there's one aspect that's curiously absent: Adam Warlock.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II Talks Playing Aquaman Villain Black Manta
It was sometime after the roaring success of Guardians of the Galaxy that I realised no superhero is too obscure or too weird to be turned into a hugely successful film. While a couple of years back I might have scoffed at the idea of an Aquaman movie and the creative process behind playing Black Manta, now I say, bring it on. After all, if the general public can go wild for a tree-dude who can only say his name and a heavily armed racoon, why not an autistic orphan turned hi-tech underwater bad guy who may or not be some kind of demonic human/manta ray hybrid?

Mission: Impossible Director Says He’s Discussed Man Of Steel 2 With Henry Cavill
Last week, we reported that Mission: Impossible - Fallout director Christopher McQuarrie was interested in taking the reins of the next solo Superman movie - currently known as Man of Steel 2. Now, we're hearing that there might be a little more meat on that rumor, as McQuarrie has confirmed in an interview with ComicBook.com that he discussed the character and potential story ideas with Henry Cavill whilst filming the latest installment of the Mission: Impossible series.

Superman Lives is one of the most tantalizing 'what-ifs' in comic-book movie history. After Tim Burton reinvigorated Batman and made countless millions for Warner Bros., hopes were high that he could do the same for Superman. Disney CEO Bob Iger Says He Pushed For Black Panther To Get Made
Black Panther succeeded beyond everyone's estimations. Prior to the character's MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War, most of the general public simply wasn't aware of the hero.
