Wesley Snipes Hints That He May Be Returning As Blade In The MCU
With last week marking the 20th anniversary of Blade, many people (including myself) rewatched the film. After seeing it, I came to two conclusions. The first is that Blade is an absolutely incredible movie and is arguably the first modern superhero pic, acting as almost a prototype of what would become the MCU style of comic book adaptation. The second is that - damn - I really miss Wesley Snipes as the vampire hunter.

The Walking Dead’s Greg Nicotero Boards Todd McFarlane’s Spawn To Help With VFX
Todd McFarlane's Spawn is shaping up to be quite the project. Not only has the comic book creator stepped up to the plate to direct his own property, but he snagged Jamie Foxx for the title role, Jeremy Renner as a lead, and the film now boasts one of the best practical visual effects guys in the business: Greg Nicotero. Fans of The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead will be very familiar with his take on the rotting, shambling walkers, as under his direction, the shows have continually concocted new and disgusting ideas on what a zombie can be.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald Is This Fall’s Most Anticipated Film
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald is shaping up to be something very special, promising to tie in the franchise's plotline more closely with what we know from the Harry Potter books and films, including a return to Hogwarts and the appearance of Jude Law as the young Dumbledore. It looks like audiences are responding to the hype machine, too, as the upcoming film has just been voted into the top spot on Fandango's list of most anticipated fall releases.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix Star Shows Off Comic-Accurate Nightcrawler Costume
Back in 2000, one of the most commented on aspects of Bryan Singer's X-Men was the costuming. In what proved to be a pretty sensible move, the film ditched the primary colored superhero suits seen in the comics and cartoons in favor of a more plausible looking leather jumpsuit. Cyclops even referenced the choice of costume during the film, responding to Wolverine's snarky, "you go outside in these things?" with "what would you prefer, yellow spandex?"

It Sounds Like Disney Will Be Making Elsa Gay For Frozen 2
Elsa's going to become the first gay Disney Princess if these rumors we're hearing about the plot of Frozen 2 pan out. According to Revenge of the Fans, a couple of very reliable sources are reporting that Disney and the film's creative team are about to confirm once and for all that Elsa's a lesbian. On top of that, it seems as though she's set to get her own love interest, apparently to be voiced by LGBTQ actor Evan Rachel Wood.

Kevin Spacey Now Facing Another Sexual Assault Investigation
Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Less than a year ago Kevin Spacey was a respected, garlanded actor, one of the most well-regarded performers working in mainstream film. Now after facing multiple accusations of sexual assault he's widely despised, with his last film Billionaire Boys Club having a domestic opening weekend of just $618. Today you can add another bit of bad news to the growing Spacey misery-mountain, as the Los Angeles County District Attorney has announced they're reviewing another sexual assault case.

Hilarious MCU Theory Says Stan Lee May Be More Powerful Than We Think
Stan Lee created huge swaths of the Marvel Universe and, if this fan theory is correct, he also holds a weapon capable of destroying them all. Hair clippers. Yup, you read that right. If you'll remember, Lee's cameo in Thor: Ragnarok featured him as the guy that gives Thor a quick gladiatorial makeover prior to his battles on Sakaar - shaving his lovely locks into more of a buzzcut. Now, cast your minds to the scene in Avengers: Infinity War where Thor uses the star forge to create Stormbringer. If you look closely you'll notice that not a hair on his head is harmed by the force of the star. So, logically, Stan Lee's hair clippers have more destructive energy than a neutron star.

Star Trek: Discovery Reveals Its Take On The Notorious Picard Maneuver
Captain Jean-Luc Picard's famous for his wisdom, patience and diplomatic instincts. Yet, when push came to shove, he was also a fine warrior. For example, he invented what became known as 'The Picard Maneuver' where, prior to his Captaincy of the Enterprise, he would use a quirk of warp speed to make his ship appear to be in two places at once. Thus, the enemy vessel would fire upon the 'wrong' ship, giving Picard the opportunity to blast them with phasers and photon torpedoes.

New Avengers: Infinity War Theory Hints At Thanos’ True Plan For The Universe
The depiction of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War more than did justice to Jim Starlin's classic 1992 limited series, with one major difference. The MCU Mad Titan is the embodiment of Malthusian philosophy, fearing that over-population will ruin the universe. The comic book Thanos, however, is in love with Death (sadly, she's more into Deadpool) and figures if he murders half the universe, she'll finally notice him.
