When I say that Captain America: Civil War is one of my favorite Marvel films, I have good reason for doing so. I mean, not only did it greatly affect the landscape of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it was also tightly written, featured impeccable characterization, and boasted some of the best action sequences in modern superhero cinema.
When it was said that Disney had acquired Fox, it was only natural that comic book geeks celebrated the possibility of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four finally being integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But while realists such as myself looked at it as potentially occurring down the line, many had the assumption that the change would occur instantaneously, with reshoots to accommodate the First Family and our merry band of mutants being a sure thing for Avengers: Infinity War.
With the next full trailer for Avengers: Infinity War being set to arrive tomorrow, it's only understandable that devout True Believers and casual moviegoers alike begin frothing at the mouth. Although many of us are eagerly anticipating Avengers: Infinity War, that doesn't mean Avengers 4 - or whatever it ultimately ends up being called - isn't in the back of our minds. After all, these flicks were originally labeled as being "Infinity War Part I and II," but that's no longer the case.

No doubt capitalizing on some of this year’s biggest blockbuster films, we’ve already learned that books such as Avengers, Venom, Thor and Black Panther will be rolling back to #1 in order to provide accessible jumping on points, to name but a few.
Even with Ash vs. Evil Dead still kicking all kinds of ass, one can never be too sure of the longevity of any given series. While we're sure that many of you enjoyed reading Laura Kinney's adventures as the All-New Wolverine, it stands to reason that a chunk of the fanbase will forever view her simply as X-23. Knowing this - and possibly having something to do with her onscreen counterpart being well received in Logan - Marvel will be rolling out a new solo series spotlighting the cult favorite clone this summer.
One thing that's ticked off True Believers in recent years was that of the Fantastic Four being given the short end of the stick by the House of Ideas. Having been dubbed their "First Family" for good reason, pretty much the entire Marvel Universe owes their existence to that quartet of heroes.
If you have any sort of social media account and happen to fancy horror, odds are that you heard about the statue of Jason Voorhees that resides underwater at a Minnesota dive site a few weeks back.
