AMC's zombie serial is firming up its human component. Now that season six of The Walking Dead is behind us, and season seven is currently shooting, the network is locking down its main cast roster. It's been announced that four of the show's recurring stars will return as series regulars. One of those? Negan.
Does the world really need to delve back into the world of Saw? The once-brilliant horror franchise quickly fell victim to its own hype, with each successive movie becoming a weak copy of everything that came before. Now, the powers that be have decided that The Final Chapter was merely a suggestive title, as we're getting another sequel: Saw: Legacy.
With over a year to go until Warner Bros. unites its top-tier team of superheroes in Justice League, we might have a wait on our hands until the studio unleashes the first snippet of footage. True, we've already seen the leading trio in action with Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman sharing the screen in this year's Dawn of Justice. The arrival of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition has given fans an opportunity to experience more of Zack Snyder's universe. With an extra thirty minutes of additional footage inserted back into the movie, resulting in an R-rating, this longer cut is being heralded as a far more rounded piece of cinema. And, as is the case with home video, it's also given us more insight as to how Snyder and his team crafted the world inhabited by two of comic book history's most decorated heroes.
