Well, as it turns out, he was just being coy, because according to HitFix, he is "totally" playing Aquaman in Zack Snyder's upcoming Man of Steel sequel, and will have an expanded role in the forthcoming Justice League film as well.

James Gunn Praises Vin Diesel’s Groot Performance In Guardians Of The Galaxy
Earlier today, we caught wind of some trouble brewing on the set of Fast & Furious 7, as multiple THR insiders claimed to have problems with Vin Diesel, whose behavior has supposedly frustrated his co-workers and slowed down production. I find it a bit odd, then, that we should get this note from Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, praising Diesel's performance in the film mere hours after THR's story hit the internet.

Check Out The Grand Budapest Hotel Recreated Out Of LEGO Bricks
We usually don't decide to post cool stuff like this on the site, but since this is technically movie news, we'll make an exception! As a way to celebrate the home video release of Wes Anderson's latest film, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Fox Searchlight hired LEGO-builder extraordinaire Ryan Siegelbauer and his team to recreate the titular hotel using nothing but LEGO bricks!

Vin Diesel Is Apparently Slowing Down Production On Fast & Furious 7
Following the shocking death of Fast and Furious franchise star Paul Walker late last year, and the production delays that pushed the seventh film from a summer 2014 release to the spring of 2015, it's probably safe to assume that morale is at an all-time low. Paul Walker was beloved by his peers, and one of franchise co-star Vin Diesel's best friends in real life, so continuing Fast & Furious 7 without him must be a truly heartbreaking endeavor for all involved.

Game Of Thrones Writer Bryan Cogman To Pen Fox’s Magic The Gathering Movie
It was inevitable that the people behind HBO's insanely popular (and remarkably good) fantasy series Game of Thrones would branch out and land big Hollywood jobs. Alan Taylor moved from helming some episodes of the show to directing big-budget tentpoles like last year's Thor: The Dark World and next year's Terminator: Genesis, and now one of the writers on the series has been tapped by 20th Century Fox.

Has The Amazing Spider-Man 3 Been Delayed Until 2017?
Earlier this afternoon, rumors broke out that Warner Bros. has big plans for their cinematic universe, which supposedly includes seven films that will arrive from 2016 to 2018. While WB takes steps toward building and expanding their DC brand, it looks like Sony may actually be taking a step back from their superhero property and could be delaying The Amazing Spider-Man 3 until 2017.
