The Mummy Reboot Loses Another Director
Universal's plan to bring their expansive catalog of monsters back to the big screen has hit another speed bump, as The Wrap reports that director Andres Muschietti has left the reboot of The Mummy due to "creative differences." He is now the second director to depart the project, after Len Wiseman abandoned ship last August.

New X-Men: Days Of Future Past Character Art Features Recycled Images
Despite the recent sexual abuse allegations being lobbed at director Bryan Singer, promotion for his upcoming sequel, X-Men: Days of Future Past is still in full swing. With the film opening in just 18 short days, an onslaught of posters, movie clips and TV spots has begun. Today, 20th Century Fox debuted 23 new character posters for the time-travelling mutant extravaganza, though "new" seems to be a relative term here.

James Marsden Would “Like To” Return As Cyclops In Future X-Men Films
Despite being one of the core members and leader of the X-Men in the comics, Cyclops has been given a bit of a short shrift in the films. James Marsden played the character in the first three X-Men movies, but he was killed off pretty early into X-Men: The Last Stand. Frankly, Cyclops was never well-serviced or properly adapted to begin with. Instead, Wolverine became the main focus of the franchise, and while that's worked out well for Hugh Jackman and fans of the character, many have remained hopeful that Cyclops will someday make his way back into the fold.

New Stylized Posters And Images For Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
Because of the upcoming onslaught of superhero movies promising to dominate cinemas for the next few months, it's easy to forget about one comic book film in particular: Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. Robert Rodriguez's sequel to the 2005, pulpy noir-injected Sin City looks like it will have all of the elements for a bloody good time at the movies. Joaquin Phoenix Will Star In Woody Allen’s Next Movie
Joaquin Phoenix has been working hard to put the career debacle that was I'm Still Here (and the bizarre fake rap career that preceded it) far behind him, focusing instead on high-profile, critically acclaimed dramatic roles. He was nominated for an Academy Award for 2012's The Master, and followed that up with Spike Jonze's Her. He'll be re-teaming with director Paul Thomas Anderson for this year's Inherent Vice, and according to Deadline, will be working with Woody Allen next.

Matt Damon Denies Aquaman And Justice League Rumors But Is Definitely Interested
When the news broke this past weekend that Zack Snyder will be directing the upcoming Justice League film immediately after Batman vs. Superman, an old rumor that Matt Damon would play Aquaman resurfaced as well. The actor's name has been floating around the Justice League movie ever since his friend and frequent collaborator Ben Affleck was cast as Batman, so the fact that it came up again for Aquaman isn't all that surprising.

Tim Burton may have made some serious duds over the last few years, but hopefully he'll give his career a much-needed course correction with Big Eyes, a biopic about real-life couple Walter and Margaret Keane. Walter became rich and famous in the 1950s and 60s for his paintings of big-eyed children, until it came out that his wife Margaret was the one doing all the work.
