Modern Warfare Creators Prepare To Take Activision To Court
The confusing controversy of ex-Infinity Ward bosses Jason West and Vince Zampella squaring off with the Call Of Duty publishers last year has once again sprung back into life. Reports are suggesting that the LA Superior Court judge ruled earlier this week that West and Zampella (now starting up a new studio for EA called Respawn...word is they are creating a sci-fi FPS) have sufficient evidence to back up claims of fraud and once again take Activision to court sometime next year.

Call Of Duty: Elite Beta Already Boasting 2 Million Participants
The new subscription layer that Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will offer on launch is being put into a special Black Ops Beta early next month on July 14th. The aptly named Call Of Duty: Elite is set to offer a new range of social tools that enable specially tailored community matchmaking, advanced theatre mode editing, and more expansive viewable player statistics.

Soul Calibur V Has 20-30 Characters And Half Will Be New
The talented people over at Namco Bandai revealed that next year’s Soul Calibur 5 will boast a character roster consisting of somewhere between 10-15 entirely new faces, alongside a similar number of the series classic fighters. Although we know that two of them will be the recently unveiled ‘Pyrrha and Patroklos’, Namco told CVG that Soul Calibur is only 15% complete at the moment.

The Uncharted 3 E3 Trailer Is Incredible
Brand spanking new footage from Naughty Dog’s HUGELY anticipated Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception emerges from a very lively E3 convention. Suddenly the title potentially means something else entirely. What is Drake’s secret? This fast paced trailer looks more like the promotion of a film than a third person video game, but there you go, the industry is stepping things up.

Resistance 3 Road To Redemption E3 Trailer
Amongst the first trailers to emerge from this year’s E3 convention was this new video for Insomniac’s third Resistance game. The whole clip is suitably action packed and notably darker and more dramatic than usual. Sony has a lot to live up to this E3, check out the trailer below.

Tomb Raider Pre-E3 Cinematic Trailer
Ahead of the E3 bustle and craziness, Square Enix released this beautiful CGI cinematic trailer for the mysterious Tomb Raider. The video is remarkably well done and showcases the new defiant, darker, potentially more serious storytelling the younger Lara Croft is lost in.
