After all the negative buzz that's been surrounding Rogue One: A Star Wars Story lately, it makes sense that Disney would want to turn the tide by releasing a brand new trailer. Netflix and The CW have today announced a deal which will see the online streaming service become the home of past and future seasons of the network's line-up of shows. That includes DC Comics adaptations like Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl along with favourites such as iZombie, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, and several others.
2016 marks the 75th Anniversary of Captain America, and because being the year's #1 movie clearly wasn't enough, Marvel has found a way of paying homage to the star spangled Avenger which will immortalize him forever. How, you ask? Well, with a 13 foot tall bronze statue which is set to go up in Brooklyn's Prospect Park on August 10th.
Supergirl arrives on The CW this Fall after making the leap from CBS, and star David Harewood took to Instagram this weekend to reveal the premiere's title. Of course, fans were quick to point out that they more than likely belonged to Hellfire, the Inhuman set to make his presence felt in a big way when the show returns.
X-Men: Apocalypse was expected to become the franchise's first $1 billion hit, but negative reviews and a mixed response from fans led to the Bryan Singer helmed release disappointing at the box office. It's far from a flop, but chances are that 20th Century Fox will be rethinking their approach to the next instalment based on the complaints levelled at their latest effort.
The Pacific Rim sequel now has a release date of February 23rd, 2018, and the cast is beginning to come together.
