This Is The End Red Band Trailer: Michael Cera Is Dead
As I sit here in my "I Survived The 2012 Apocalypse" T-shirt laughing at the Mayan calendar (which some lazy dude probably stopped writing when he got far enough), Seth Rogen and James Franco have given me another reason to laugh at the apocalypse - a hilarious red-band trailer for their new end of the world themed film.

The Walking Dead Sees Another Showrunner Leave, Gets Another Season
Fans of AMC's The Walking Dead have continually experienced a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, and the end is still nowhere in sight. Frank Darabont started as the show's head-honcho for Season 1, but after a strange announcement, he decided to walk and let current showrunner Glen Mazzara guide Rick and his crew to even higher levels of popularity starting with Season 2. While absolutely killing competition numbers wise, viewers complained about poor pacing, during Season 2 especially, but it was under Mazzara's nurturing vision we were blessed with a much wanted increase in action from Season 2's ending until the ongoing Season 3.

Jack Reacher Review
I learned not every action piece has to be full throttle insanity, and some films benefit from intelligent design to balance out scenes of ass-kickery and henchmen deaths - like Jack Reacher.

This Just In! Anchorman: The Legend Continues Gets Official Release Date
Hope you've been staying classy planet earth, because Ron Burgundy and the Channel 4 news team have finally picked a date to return for Anchorman: The Legend Continues, and you better be ready. Until now, the only time-frame given for Adam McKay's comedic newscasting sequel was "sometime in 2013," but Paramount Pictures seem to be keeping to their word by announcing Will Ferrell and his rag tag gang of on-air personalities are set to premiere December 20th, 2013.

Press Conference Interview With The Cast Of Jack Reacher
While doing press rounds for their film Jack Reacher, some of the cast and crew were nice enough to stop by New York City and present themselves for a press conference. While Tom Cruise and Werner Herzog were no where to be found, we were graced by the presence of actress Rosamund Pike, actor David Oyelowo, director Christopher McQuarrie, and novelist Lee Child. What followed was an interesting half and hour where audience members learned how Tom came to star as lead character Jack Reacher, who thought Werner Herzog was perfect for a silent and intimidating role, and how David Oyelowo almost wasn't in the film at all.

Nato And Remy’s Last Stand: THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE…..SANTA CLAUS!
Alright, this week Remy and I wanted to keep a festive theme for the upcoming holidays and we've both already touched upon our favorite Christmas horror movies (Mine here! Remy's here!), but one question still remains - who is the ultimate horror Santa? There are plenty of killer Claus', but we're not happy with keeping them all on a level playing field. Therefore, entering the ring for one final battle will be Santas from Rare Exports, Santa's Slay, Saint (Sint), and the newly released Silent Night. I know more exist, but the brawl may continue until next week, so we'll see if a new challenger emerges!

Press Conference Interview With The Cast Of Django Unchained
As a film obsessed writer and all around fanatic of the medium, you have no choice but to jump when given the opportunity to be in the same room as Quentin Tarantino, no matter what film he's promoting. Yes, I was that lucky son of a gun this past Sunday, as Tarantino was making press rounds for his upcoming and already widely praised spaghetti western Django Unchained, but he was not alone. Not by a long shot. On the roster set to appear with the famed director were Christoph Waltz (Inglourious Basterds), Django himself Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington (Ray), the legendary Samuel L. Jackson (Everything), Walton Goggins (Justified), and Don Johnson (Miami Vice). Star-studded, I know, but wait, there's more! For reasons I don't rather care about or question, Leonardo DiCaprio (Inception) and Jonah Hill (21 Jump Street) were able to participate, making a panel for the ages. I'd thought I'd died and went to movie heaven.

Zero Dark Thirty Releases An Extensive Final Trailer
Until now, most trailers for Bigelow's film have put a strong focus on military tactics and the soldiers themselves, as I'm sure you've recognized actors like Chris Pratt and Joel Edgerton geared up and ready for war. Zero Dark Thirty's marketing emphasis so far has rightfully focused on the dramatic moment of capturing world-renowned terrorist Osama Bin Laden, playing to people's emotions and recollections of recent history, but with our new trailer we finally get a prolonged look at Jessica Chastain's protagonist Maya, the brains behind it all.

Storage 24 Review
It's hard to completely fall in love with Roberts' monster mash because of useless relationship issues and downright despicable character work at times, but those bright red flashes of brilliance are enough to sporadically entrance eyes - and also wish the supporting material could hold a candle to what horrific moments Roberts is able to conjure.

Nato And Remy’s Last Stand: Guilty Pleasures As Charged
With so many different varieties and sub-genres of horror movies, it's inevitable for directors to push the boundaries of what is good and holy, exploring uncharted territories others ignored for a reason. I'm talking real boundary pushers, made up of nothing but sick ideas and twisted fantasies, or films created with the worst of intentions, and even less cinematic value. But when you think about it, there's always going to be that one guy who lives to one-up everyone, even if it demands shock-value entertainment sending mainstream viewers into a tizzy of protesting, and you can imagine just how messed up the seediest horror movies can become given how exploitative mainstream films have even started to become. These films, almost forcing viewers to hate them right off the bat, are nothing but guilty pleasures for the most corrupted of minds, but hell, people still make them, so someone has to be watching, right?
