Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice may have not gone down too well with critics, but one thing that most people agreed upon was that Ben Affleck's take on the Caped Crusader was excellent. He's one of the few bright spots in the otherwise disappointing DCEU and as such, fans are excited to see more of his version of the iconic hero in both Justice League and The Batman.
Despite the mouthful of a title, Gus Van Sant's Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far On Foot is shaping up pretty nicely. After recruiting Joaquin Phoenix for the lead role, Variety is now telling us that Jonah Hill and Rooney Mara are looking to ink deals to star as well.
As the DC Extended Universe continues to grow, more and more actors are lining up roles in films like The Batman, Aquaman and even Justice League. Over the past several months, we've seen rumor after rumor pop up pointing to potential casting, and while some have turned out to be true, many remain as purely speculation. This latest one fits under that category, too, as fans now believe Jackie Earle Haley may be involved in The Batman.
Principal photography on Geostorm has been complete for almost two years now but we've still yet to see the film appear in theatres. With a cast that includes Gerard Butler, Ed Harris, Andy Garcia and more, and an exciting premise that follows a man who heads into space to prevent "climate-controlling satellites from creating a storm of epic proportions," you'd think that Skydance would be eager to get it into theatres. Well, they were, at least until they began showing test screenings.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story may be occupying most people's thoughts, but the DC Extended Universe is still alive and kicking and the studio has been making some big moves in it over the past couple of days. Following on from the announcement of their Gotham City Sirens movie, Warner Bros. has also rolled out a couple of juicy behind the scenes looks at Justice League and today, that continues with a brand new video.
At long last, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is finally here. Touching down in theatres today, Gareth Edwards' prequel may not be the smash hit that The Force Awakens proved to be, but it's still receiving mostly positive reviews and is on track for a pretty big opening at the box office. All things considered, it's definitely a success for the studio and represents another exciting chapter in the franchise.
