Jimmi Simpson, best known for his quirky character on It’s Sunny in Philadelphia, Pysch, as well as his strong supporting roles in Zodiac, has rounded out the cast of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
Simpson joins Ben Walker, Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie and Mary Elisabeth Winstead. The actor will play as Josh Speed, an assistant to President Lincoln (Walker). The Timur Bekmambetov fictional biopic is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's book of the same name. Smith also wrote the screenplay.
