Jennifer Aniston’s could-be boyfriend has a concerning past – from stalking to admitting he can’t stay with a woman as he gets ‘bored’

Rachel deserves her Ross - but does this new beau deserve to be the one?

Jennifer Aniston, 56, has been spotted getting close with wellness guru Jim Curtis, known online as “Hypnotist Jim,” during a vacation in Mallorca, Spain. The pair were seen holding hands and sharing intimate moments, including Curtis giving Aniston a back massage.

According to Page Six, the new couple was first seen together at a restaurant in Big Sur, California, last month. Curtis already follows Aniston’s close friends on Instagram, including Courteney Cox and Jason Bateman, who has been one of her closest friends for nearly 30 years, suggesting their relationship might have been developing for some time.

However, Curtis’s past relationships and his own words raise some red flags, especially for diehard fans of the actress who have been rooting for her finally find true love. In his 2017 book The Stimulati Experience, he openly admitted, “I can’t keep a girlfriend because I get bored.” He also revealed that at one point in his life, he was dating “a new girl every quarter.”

His previous marriage and relationship history show a pattern of instability

Curtis’s marriage to Rachel Napolitano, whom he met when she was working as a cocktail waitress, ended in divorce after they had their son, Aidan. In his book, Curtis acknowledged his strained relationship with his teenage son, who lives with his mother in upstate New York.

After his divorce, Curtis moved into a Brooklyn penthouse and dated multiple women. One relationship, with someone he called “Lucy Lou,” ended badly despite his buying an engagement ring. Curtis later admitted to stalking this ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend on Facebook, which caused him to “spiral into inadequacy.”

The 49-year-old wellness guru has unusual ways of dealing with his relationship issues. He revealed that he writes his feelings of shame on pieces of paper and burns them alone in his bedroom. Currently, he works as a transformational coach and hypnotherapist, with over 560,000 followers on Instagram.

Aniston, who owns a $21 million home in Bel Air, has been married twice before, to Brad Pitt, whose marriage to her ended in 2005 amid rumors about his relationship with Angelina Jolie, and Justin Theroux. She has been following Curtis on Instagram for almost two years, and recently liked his posts about healing from divorce and nurturing meaningful relationships. The actress previously told Allure magazine in 2022 that she would love to be in a relationship, saying it would be wonderful to have someone’s support after a tough day.
