Jonathan Majors claims he and Michael B. Jordan talk about girl troubles, which we’re sure isn’t an issue

Those talks must have gotten a little awkward around the time Majors was rumored to be seeing Jordan's ex Lori Harvey.

It turns out that even when you look like Jonathan Majors and Michael B. Jordan, you can still struggle with the opposite sex. Or is it exactly because they’re Jonathan Majors and Michael B. Jordan that they struggle so much? Whatever the answer to this fundamental philosophical question, the two Creed III actors have each other’s backs when it comes to girl trouble.

Majors, who is carrying on Jordan’s legacy as the sexiest villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the role of Kang and his many variants, told ET that the two “buddies” talk about everything, from Marvel to “girl troubles.”

Although their paths have never and probably will never cross in the MCU, the two California natives are sharing the ring as boxers Adonis Creed and Damian Anderson in the upcoming third installment of the Creed series, itself a part of the Rocky franchise. The film will also mark Jordan’s directorial debut.

Adonis and Damian are childhood friends in the film – a dynamic not too hard to act out given Majors and Jordan’s bond in real life. “We have a very amicable relationship, that’s my best buddy,” the Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania actor told ET, adding that “We support each other on a day to day,” and calling the Black Panther actor his “brother.”

As for their dating life, we know Jordan recently ended an almost two-year relationship with Lori Harvey, which he just addressed in his Saturday Night Live host monologue as his “first public break-up.” Rumors flew late last year that Harvey was seeing Majors at the time, but we highly doubt that’s what the Kang actor meant when he said he discussed “girl troubles” with Jordan.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is out in theaters Feb. 17, while Creed III premieres March 3.
