Where does Amanda Seyfried live?

Amanda deserves nothing less but the very best.

From her unforgettable performances in Mamma Mia! to the sweet Cosette in Les Misérables, Amanda Seyfried has left an indelible mark on the world of musicals. A true triple threat in the industry, Seyfried has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the most talented actresses in Hollywood after decades in front of a camera. Despite her success, Seyfried manages to maintain a low profile, preferring to keep her personal life and endeavors out of the spotlight, as any sensible person would.

Now, embarking on a new chapter of her life, Seyfried has found herself in an enviable position. Having found her own Mark Ryden (we see you, Thomas Sadoski), the actress continues to establish her enduring influence in Hollywood, all the way from her new home. Eager to share this new and bright place with all of us, Seyfried, alongside Architectural Digest, gave fans a tour of her home, showcasing the beauty in simplicity. But where exactly is she living?

Where is Amanda Seyfried living now?

It comes as no surprise that a celebrity like Seyfried would have more than one place to call home. The Pennsylvania-born actress resides in a serene and peaceful Catskills farmhouse located near New York City. However, when her work demands her presence in the bustling city, Seyfried stays in a top-floor apartment in a historic building dating back to 1907, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Unlike her full-time residence at the family farmhouse, where Seyfried and Sadoski live, the New York apartment places her right in the heart of the never-sleeping city, providing convenient access for all of her work traveling needs. To make this temporary abode feel like home, the entire place was meticulously designed by Sarah Zames from the General Assembly, who also transformed Seyfried’s farmhouse into a tranquil haven away from the bustling streets of New York City.

In addition to their New York properties, Seyfried and Sadoski frequently find themselves in Los Angeles for work as well. Needing a place to stay whenever needed, the couple also owns a home there, which they reserve for specific occasions and the occasional filming projects in the city of stars. However, more often than not, you can find the actress at her beloved farmhouse, where she lays all her love for her husband and children.

With at least three upcoming projects under her belt for the future, Seyfried is likely staying in either her LA or her New York apartments, but surely, the actress will undoubtedly be waiting for the day to be reunited with her cozy farmhouse at long last.
