Former CIA-funded researcher claims ‘4 separate types’ of aliens recovered from UFO crashes

If a dude in a suit pulls out a neuralyzer, duck.

The past few weeks have been a wild time for UFO lovers, but a former CIA-funded researcher just dropped a bombshell that has the tech and science communities buzzing. According to Dr. Hal Puthoff, the United States has successfully recovered multiple different alien species from crashed unidentified flying objects.

Dr. Puthoff, who previously served as an advisor for the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program, shared these details on Steve Bartlett’s The Diary of a CEO podcast. He wasn’t alone in this discussion, as he was joined by Dan Farrah, the director of Age of Disclosure. It’s a fascinating insight into the world of UFO research, especially coming from someone with his specific background and credentials as a Stanford-trained quantum physicist.

According to the NY Post, Puthoff stated, “People who have been involved in recoveries have said there are at least four types. Four separate types.” He went on to clarify, “Now I have not had direct access to that but I believe the people who I talked to — four separate types of life.” While he didn’t dive into the specifics, his long-time colleague, Dr. Eric Davis, has previously provided more descriptive details about these biological entities.

In a crazy win for conspiracy theories, they are names we have heard before

If you’ve been following this topic, you might have heard the names Grays, Nordics, Insectoids, and Reptilians tossed around before. Dr. Davis has claimed that these are the four specific lifeforms recovered from wreckage sites.

Grays are described as small, hairless creatures with massive eyes, very similar to how we’ve seen them depicted in movies like “Close Encounters of the Third Kind.” The Nordics are said to be highly human-like, sharing a striking resemblance to people from northern Europe. Then you have the Reptilians, described as upright, lizard-like creatures with scales and tails, and the Insectoids, often called Mantids because they look like praying mantises.

It’s worth noting that these claims align with the testimony given by David Grusch, a former Air Force Intelligence officer and UAP Task Force member. Back in 2023, Grusch testified under oath before Congress that the U.S. possessed “non-human biologics” recovered from numerous crash sites.

To get a better sense of the history behind these sightings, it’s helpful to look at the massive document dump recently provided by the Department of War. Time reports that President Donald Trump ordered the release of over 170 files, some dating all the way back to the 1940s, to make good on a promise he made on April 17, 2026. Although the Pentagon did initially drag its feet

These files range from accounts by farmers like Leland Sammers, who reported a hovering object near his home in 1947, to professional pilots capturing strange maneuvers on camera. The files are presented exactly as they were originally reported, offering a raw look at what people have been seeing in our skies for generations.

The intrigue surrounding these objects is only growing, especially with the modern video evidence we have now. We’ve seen footage of objects moving in ways that defy our current understanding of physics, with no visible means of propulsion or exhaust.

Former Navy Lieutenant Ryan Graves, who witnessed a cluster of objects off the coast of Virginia Beach in 2013, described them as a “dark gray or black cube inside a clear sphere.” He noted that they came within 50 ft. of the lead aircraft.

While we continue to sift through these newly released documents, one thing is clear: the conversation around UAPs has shifted from the fringes to the mainstream. Whether these four types of aliens are truly sitting in a lab somewhere or if there’s a more earthly explanation for the wreckage, the government’s willingness to release these files is a massive step toward transparency.

It’s an exciting time for anyone who’s ever looked up at the stars and wondered if we’re truly alone in the universe.
