New Assassin’s Creed III Video Shows Players Virtual Boston

As we grow closer to the release of Assassin’s Creed III, Ubisoft has released a new video set in colonial Boston, which further details some of the new gameplay this latest entry will bring to the series.

Creative director Alex Hutchison plays and narrates the video, mentioning new details such as side missions woven better into the main narrative, the inclusion of a cover mechanic for better stealth, the AI of crowds, and the revamped fighting system.

Assassin’s Creed III is scheduled for an October 30 release on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with later releases on the PC and Wii U.
