On the eve of release, EA Sports has detailed the content included in tomorrow’s FIFA 17 demo.

Inviting players across PS4, PS3, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360 into the latest – and possibly greatest? – rendition of the beautiful game, the vertical slice boasts a range of both single and multiplayer modes, including the much-touted story mode. It’s called The Journey, and places players in the boots of Manchester United new-start Alex Hunter as they go about rising through the ranks in the hope of breaking into the first time.

It’s a novel addition to the FIFA franchise, and those first teasers for the soccer facsimile reveal interactions with managers, training regimes and plenty more features off the field that go towards your journey of becoming the next world-beater. You’ll be able to get a taster of the action with tomorrow’s demo build – it should be noted that The Journey isn’t included on last-gen versions of the simulator – while there’s also word of the teams and stadiums featured.

In terms of the latter, those who download the FIFA 17 demo will gain keys to CenturyLink, Stamford Bridge, and Suita City Football Stadium. Below, you’ll find a list of the football teams included in the preliminary roster.

Manchester United
Manchester City
Chelsea
Real Madrid
Juventus
Inter
Paris Saint-Germain
Olympique Lyonnais
Seattle Sounders
Bayern München
Tigres U.A.N.L. (MX)
Gamba Osaka

FIFA 17 launches on September 27 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360. It marks a defining sea change for the franchise’s modern era, with Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo supplanting Lionel Messi as the game’s MVP – for the first time in seven years, no less.
