According to its director, Zombie Studios’ procedurally-generated survival horror title, Daylight, will bring fear to both PC and PS4 in April. Said confirmation comes to us from an IGN video preview, during which Jared Gerritzen revealed the noted launch window.

In Daylight, players must attempt to escape a derelict hospital, while only being able to rely upon a smartphone as a regular light source. Each time you go through the game it will be a different experience due to its procedurally-generated nature. As such, you can expect to come up against unique pathways and varied puzzles as you try to survive in such a disturbing environment.

As a fan of the horror genre, I’m quite excited about this news. How about you? Looking forward to giving Daylight a shot?
