This time around, the trailered content is all locked behind a pay wall; that being the game’s Season Pass. So, go in knowing that if you want to play through the advertised missions, shoot the badass harpoon gun, cause more chaos with Hurk and combat ‘frenemies’ in PVP, you’ll need to drop some extra dough. That’s the reality of the video game industry these days, though, whether we like it or hate it.

The good news is that it looks like we’ll be getting some cool extras with this particular pass, with the possible standout being the yeti-filled bonus campaign. It goes without saying that there’s potential greatness in that setting alone.

Be sure to stay tuned for our Far Cry 4 review, which will be up later this week. In the meantime, you can check out the trailer above and let us know what you think in the comments section.
