Microsoft has confirmed that its arcade racing title, Forza Horizon 2 is primed to receive its first expansion pack today on Xbox One. In tandem with the announcement, the company debuted the reveal trailer for the add-on, which comes by way of IGN. Priced at $19.99 — or $9.99, for those who subscribe to the Forza Horizon VIP service — the content pack will be available to download for the Xbox Games Store from 10am PST on Tuesday.

It’s important to note, however, that Storm Island won’t become available on Xbox 360, as Microsoft has no plans to release DLC for the racing simulator on the last-gen platform. In a message to fans, here’s what Forza community manager Brian Ekberg had to say on the matter.

“We are currently planning to release DLC only for the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2. Also, Forza Rewards benefits are only available in the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2. This means that Xbox 360 players will not receive Forza Rewards credits or cars. In addition, progress in the 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 does not count towards your Forza Rewards Tier Level score.”

Forza Horizon 2 is available now across Xbox One and Xbox 360. For more on Microsoft’s racing title, be sure to check out our glowing review.
