It appears as though Rockstar Games has jumped the gun. Ahead of the much-anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto V across PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, the esteemed studio released a detailed list of new content set to be introduced with the next-gen port, before promptly deleting the post.

Fear not, though, for the Internet has managed to salvage a screenshot of the preemptive post that proves Rockstar isn’t just focusing on graphics and revamped textures; rather, the company is poised to introduce a series of notable tidbits for fans of the critically-adorned sequel and newcomers alike.

Chief among these additions is the inclusion of a first-person mode for driving and foot travel, which means you can drink in the scenery of Los Santos and its surrounding area from an all-encompassing viewpoint. Elsewhere, the post suggests that Grand Theft Auto V for next-gen and PC will entail a host of new random events alongside a tonne of Easter Eggs.

It’s worth keeping in mind that the above image is yet to be officially confirmed by Rockstar; plus, the Houser-owned studio isn’t exactly known for leaking details ahead of time. Nevertheless, the aforementioned new additions along with the image itself appear to be genuine — we’ll just have to wait until release date to find out whether these features make an appearance.

Hailed as an out-and-out masterpiece, Grand Theft Auto V will debut on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 18th. The ever-entertaining mod community will have to wait a little while longer though, as the sequel won’t arrive on PC until January 27th, 2015.
