Nintendo has announced that its soon-to-be-released 3DS XL handheld revision is set to grow in size even more. That’s because a new and improved Circle Pad Pro will be available for purchase sometime later this year.

While there are no photographs of the attachment at this time, one should envision the accessory as being a larger version of the original, which was already quite bulky to begin with. However, since this new model of the popular device won’t include a second thumb pad, the larger add-on will become a necessity for most users.
The Nintendo 3DS XL is set to be released on August 19th, and will carry a price tag of $199.99.
