According to an unconfirmed report, Bill Murray (the actor who voices Captain Price) is jetting around the world and informing total strangers that he is working on the unannounced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

Jason Andrews, the founder of ThisIsXbox, claims that while on a flight from Bodrum to London Stansted on October 29, 2012 he noticed that Murray was sitting behind him. Andrews approached the TV (and video game) star to tell him that he is a huge Call of Duty fan. Before Andrews could say another word, Murray reportedly offered the following bit of news:

“Yeah, on Monday I am off to meet Infinity Ward about the next game, Modern Warfare 4, I’m doing work on the sequel to Modern Warfare 3, it carries straight on and I only ever appear in the Modern Warfare games…”

To prove that he did in fact meet Bill Murray on the flight Andrews posted a picture of himself fondling the actor’s leg, while the pair enjoy a good laugh together. Even though the picture doesn’t prove one single word that Murray allegedly said, it is the best evidence ever.

With Black Ops 2 coming out next month, it will be some time before Activision is ready to confirm that next year’s Call of Duty will in fact be Modern Warfare 4. Even though it is completely believable that the studio is working on a sequel to Modern Warfare 3, it is best to consider this report a rumor for now.
