Circle the 27th of May on your calendars, folks, because that’s when Ubisoft’s greatly-anticipated title, Watch Dogs, will hit retail store shelves and specific downloadable services throughout the world. Yes, you read that right: We should have our hands on one of the best-looking unreleased video games in less than three months!

The only unfortunate part of all of this is that Wii U owners will have to wait, as the press release we received stated that Nintendo’s version of the game will be released “at a later date.” Hopefully it won’t drop much later than its peers, but we can’t say for sure.

On top of the exciting release date announcement, the publisher has also given us a brand new trailer to gawk at. It, like all of the others, centres on main character Aiden Pearce, but is story-focused. As such, you’ll be introduced to some pivotal characters for what is surely the first time.

Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think. We’re curious as to whether you’re as excited about Watch Dogs as we are.
