A video and photos released by Mashable feature Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington in an elaborate motion caption rig, leading to rumors that the former commander of the Night’s Watch may appear in an Activision game in the near future – probably Call of Duty.

There’s been nothing mentioned that points to Call of Duty specifically, and for all we know he may have been hired for some other title. However, we know that Activision likes to feature big name actors in Call of Duty. Kevin Spacey, for example, played a significant role in 2014’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Furthermore, Call of Duty is Activison’s most high profile series, and Game of Thrones  is immensely popular at the moment. Including an actor from HBO’s notorious program seems like a no brainer, since both audiences share a similar demographic. And really, which actor would make a better fit than everyone’s favorite, brooding Lord Snow?

This rumor is based on a brief video, so of course there’s no word yet on who he may be playing, or whether he’ll have a role more significant than a cameo. But with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare due to be released on November 4th, he may very well make his debut just in time for winter.
