Westworld
The second season of HBO’s sci-fi western smash-hit Westworld has only just begun filming this month, but they already had enough in the can to give us this tantalizing teaser for what’s to come when the show returns in 2018.
Following on from the explosive events of the season 1 finale, this new trailer teases a much different Westworld park from the one we last saw. It was always a violent place, but now there are literally corpses everywhere, as the rogue Dolores is setting out to wipe out all humans in her path. There are lots of questions to ponder as well: has Bernard been fixed up? Does he still know he’s a Host?
With the bar set very high, and without Anthony Hopkins to hold it all together, it’ll be tough to beat the sophomore slump, but something tells us that showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy will manage to pull it off.
