Avengers: Endgame Supercut Reveals All The Footage Released So Far

This morning, Marvel Studios surprised us with the release of a new Avengers: Endgame trailer, and while the latest preview keeps most of the movie’s biggest spoilers under wraps, it’s still likely to be the most generous batch of new footage we receive prior to the film’s release. In fact, don’t be surprised if it’s all TV spots and similarly brief material from here on out.

In light of the new trailer’s arrival, We Got This Covered has now created a supercut of all the promotional footage released so far, which you can view above. Between the latest trailer, the one that dropped in December and the TV spot that aired last month during the Super Bowl, the whole thing adds up to just over 5-and-a-half minutes. Not a lot, is it? And that number becomes even less once you subtract all the clips from previous films that feature in the second trailer.

On top of that, some of the footage we’ve seen might well be misleading. As anyone who remembers the fake Hulk scene from the Avengers: Infinity War trailer can tell you, Marvel Studios has a history of altering its promotional material to avoid spoilers, meaning that even what we think the trailers tell us won’t always be accurate.

In short, there’s still a whole lot we don’t know about the Infinity War sequel, but it’s less than one-and-a-half months before we get some answers. In the meantime, now that Captain Marvel has completed its first weekend in theaters, it looks like the promotion for Avengers: Endgame is starting to kick up another gear. So while another full trailer probably isn’t on the way, you can at least expect a few revealing press events before the film finally hits theaters on April 26th.
