Just a week after Captain Marvel hit theaters, Marvel has now released a brand new trailer for Avengers: Endgame.

Similar to the first teaser and that Super Bowl TV spot, it’s clear that the Russo Brothers and Kevin Feige are trying to keep the plot under wraps for as long as possible. However, the trailer still manages to give fans some exciting new footage along with our first look at Brie Larson as Captain Marvel in the film.

Things start off similar to the initial teaser where Tony Stark’s floating off in outer space and is sending his last message to Pepper Potts. The preview then transitions to Captain America and the remaining Avengers mourning the losses from Thanos’ snap back on Earth.

As the trailer intensifies, there are some cool action shots introduced such as Hawkeye running through an exploding hallway, Rocket Raccoon reloading his gun on War Machine’s shoulder and Thor wielding the mighty Stormbreaker. The thrilling line “whatever it takes” is repeated by multiple Avengers throughout the back-half of the preview as well and comes to a full circle with Tony Stark saying it. We also get a fantastic money shot that showcases the new lineup of Avengers getting ready to enter battle in their shiny red-and-white costumes aka the Quantum Realm suits.

Finally, the trailer ends with a witty interaction between Thor and Carol Danvers where he calls Stormbreaker over to him. It whizzes past Captain Marvel’s head and after she doesn’t even flinch, he says: “I like this one.” This exact clip was actually screened to Disney shareholders the other week, along with some additional footage that suggests Captain Marvel is just as keen as the rest of the gang take on the Mad Titan. And we’ll find out if the team’s newest addition is enough to turn the tide against Thanos when Avengers: Endgame arrives on April 26th.
