Creepy New Trailer For 11-11-11

11-11-11 is one of the few horror movies coming out that genuinely looks scary. And that’s saying a lot. I haven’t seen a horror movie in forever that actually frightened me. The horror market is over-saturated with either crummy PG-13 horror films that are lame and not scary, or Saw type films that use blood and gore to try and scare audiences.

11-11-11 looks different though. We saw the first trailer a while back and I was quite impressed. This new trailer looks even better. Frequent Saw director, Darren Lynn Bousman, is behind the camera here and currently at work on post-production for the film, awaiting its 11-11-11 release date. “After the tragic death of his wife and child, famed American author Joseph Crone travels from the United States to Barcelona, Spain to reunite with his estranged brother Samuel and dying father, Richard. However, fate has a different plan for Joseph as his life becomes plagued with strange happenings, and the constant sightings of the number 11. Curiosity quickly turns to obsession, and Joseph soon realizes that this number holds a horrific meaning not only to himself but possibly to all of religion. Isolated in a foreign country with only the support of his companion, Sadie, Joseph soon realizes that 11/11/11 is more than just a date, it’s a WARNING!”
